We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase.

If you don’t love it, send it back!

Refunds and Exchanges

Thanks for purchasing our products at Coopers Pet care on Wheels.

Coopers pet care on Wheels will gladly accept merchandise for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be in unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please return your item by either posting it back to us or dropping it into our premises. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost and responsibility of returning the product.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable/Non-refundable items

Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. is personalised or can't be resold by the Seller as made to the customer's specifications)

To avoid disappointment, please check with the Seller, whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

Items received faulty or damaged

In the unfortunate event that an item is received damaged or faulty please contact us via email  cooperspetcareonwheels@gmail.com and add the subject field as faulty return. In the message body you must include your full details, product purchased, date purchased and details of the damage or fault. Please ensure you provide us with photographs, clearly showing any damage or fault. We will then update you directly on what the next steps are in terms of a replacement or refund of your item.
